De Turbosmart GenV CompGate40 Motorsport Wasteegate is een hoogwaardige externe wastegate met een klepmaat van 40 mm. The GenV Motorsport Range takes the GenV modular range of External Wastegates and incorporates a CFD Designed & Real World Validated Heatsink between the Wastegate body and the actuator. While all GenV Wastegates include a Ceramic isolator between the body and actuator to ensure the least possible heat transfer occurs (for maximum life), the Motorsport version takes this further by putting more distance between the two, while also using both convection within the engine compartment and physical shielding to eliminate harmful levels of heat from ever reaching the actuator. This also aids in valve & guide cooling which further extends service life in demanding environments. The Motorsport Variant is without doubt the most suitable for the extreme conditions associated with endurance styles of motorsport!
The GenV WG40 CompGate40 External Wastegate is a Motorsport-proven, cost-effective 40mm external wastegate The Highest Flowing Wastegate of its kind. The GenV provides extensive user configuration, world-leading extended thermal performance, fatigue resistance and best-in-class flow performance for optimum control and longevity.
The GenV Range has more features, options and performance than any other gate. The GenV External Wastegate from Turbosmart was a ground-up rework of a classic, and the only feature that rolled over from the Gen4 range was the mounting orientation. CFD optimized and validated in-house for maximum flow and thermal management.
A direct fit upgrade to all Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates and feature our unique collar-locking system, variable actuator cap and base for easy, 360-degree optional routing of reference hoses, strap-type V-band clamps, optional liquid-cooling provision, 1/8″ NPT reference ports and are provided with the full range of available springs.
