Optimum cooling with water injection
Boost Cooler water injection can increase the performance of your naturally aspirated engine by up to 10% without overloading the engine thermally. The intake air is cooled, effectively reducing the thermal load on already tuned vehicles (e.g. due to existing chip tuning).
To achieve even more power and/or to prevent the engine from running lean during aggressive tuning, methanol (alternatively bio-ethanol) can also be mixed with the water. This also protects the system from freezing in winter.
The Boost Cooler is unsurpassed in atomization! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic atomizer nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi opening.
More power with Boost Cooler
With the Boost Cooler, you can achieve up to 10% more power with naturally aspirated engines. The optimum cooling compensates for power losses at higher outside temperatures. In addition, deposits in the combustion chamber and intake tract are reduced.
Racing fuel performance
Additional water or water/alcohol is injected into the intake air using the patented high-pressure pump. The evaporating mist achieves extremely effective intake air and intercooling, which u.a. prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable with 116 octane racing petrol.

Safety thanks to award-winning LCD 2D control unit
Award-winning system - our top model for your vehicle! The 2D controller varies the water/methanol injection quantity in line with the fuel injection quantity. When changing to a turbo/compressor vehicle, the boost pressure can also be processed. The enclosed cockpit display shows the injection valve timing (EFI petrol engine), the current boost pressure (optional) and also the current injection quantity of the boost cooler. The control unit also allows you to make fine adjustments from the comfort of the driver's seat.
