Note on delivery by forwarding agent
Forwarding costs depend in part on the weight and size of the item. You will find out the calculated shipping costs as soon as you have placed an item in the shopping cart.
Note: Customers from Austria have the option of entering a German delivery address via LogoiX. To do this, you must first register there (free of charge). LogoiX will then send the package to the desired address in Austria (costs depending on weight from 4.95 EUR). We are not in contact with LogoiX and assume no guarantee or liability. Please note that the delivery time may be extended due to the detour to LogoiX.
Note for customers in Switzerland: You have the option of using a German delivery address via meineinkauf.ch. To do this, you must register there and enter the delivery address and your assigned e-mail address when placing your order with us. For an extra shipping cost meineinkauf.ch will send your order to you in Switzerland. We have no connection with meineinkauf.ch and accept no guarantee or liability. Please note that the delivery time may be extended by the detour via a third party provider.
Vouchers
Vouchers can be delivered either electronically or by post. In the case of electronic delivery, you will receive the voucher by e-mail. You will not be charged any shipping costs for electronic delivery. In the case of delivery by post, the shipping costs listed above apply.
Delivery
We deliver by DHL as standard. Delivery to DHL packing stations is possible without any problems.
* The period for calculating the delivery time begins with the time of receipt of payment by the user (z.B. via PayPal on the day the contract is concluded). Based on usual bank transit times, when paying by bank transfer, add three working days from the date of receipt of payment by the user. If payment is received later, the delivery date will be postponed accordingly. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
