    Billet milled motorsport intake manifold without split intake manifold technology for a maximum degree of filling.

    The original split intake manifold was developed by Audi so that the engine with the original components such as turbocharger, intake and intercooler fulfills a perfect filling and efficiency.

    The original split intake manifold design has been replaced by a high-flow volume principle in which all five intake funnels sit in the airflow and ensure that all cylinders are filled evenly.

    The gap in the original intake manifold acts as a restrictor above a certain power level.

    Upgrade turbochargers deliver a higher quantity of air mass.
    The delivered air mass does not reach the engine completely, so there is a loss of power.

    We therefore recommend our billet intake manifold in combination with an upgrade turbocharger.

    Length and volume are based on the "Audi Motorsport" intake manifold.
    All screw connections and sensor mounts are in the same position as the original.
    This means that no cable extensions or other adjustments are necessary.

    The original carbon or plastic inlay can be retained.

    MPI nozzle holder
    On request, our runners are each equipped with an MPI nozzle holder.
    This allows low-pressure injection nozzles to be fitted, as is already the case with the DAZA and DNWA engines as standard.
    A suitable injection bar is also available for an extra charge of €349.00.
    However, you are also welcome to use the standard rail from the DAZA.

    Milled from the solid
    Our intake manifold consists of three parts: Intake funnel, plenum and the corresponding upper part.
    All three parts are milled from solid material and are bolted together.
    The trochoidal milling process (TPC) ensures fantastic dimensional stability of the intake manifolds.

    Plug & Play installation
    All mounts for sensors and peripherals are identical to the original intake manifold.
    This means that no major adjustments are necessary.
