Stainless steel investment casting turbo manifold for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 / 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.1-2

Made in Germany

The manifold has been specially developed and designed for the new G25, G30 and G35 series with integrated wastegate from Garrett.
The flow-optimized exhaust gas routing in conjunction with the reverse turbochargers of the G series from Garrett enables a particularly high level of efficiency to be achieved.
There is a sprue in front of the manifold to accommodate an exhaust gas temperature or back pressure sensor.
The internal wastegate of the G series makes it easy to convert.

Reverse technology
In contrast to conventional series BorgWarner turbochargers such as the K04 or EFR turbochargers, the reverse technology directs the exhaust gases of the engine onto the turbine wheel in a flow-optimized manner.
This ensures improved response and a significantly higher level of efficiency than with Borg-Warner turbochargers.
