VAG ARP HEAVY DUTY bolt for flywheel

The VAG ARP HEAVY DUTY bolt is a high-strength M10x1 bolt made of molybdenum steel, specially developed for mounting the flywheel to the crankshaft. It is indispensable for tuned engines, as it transmits significantly higher torques to the crankshaft.

Properties:

• Suitable for many VW 4-cylinder engines such as G40, G60, 16V, 1.8T, 2.0 TFSI EA113, TDI, etc.

Installation instructions:

• Apply Loctite 242 (blue/medium-strength) to the threads.
• Only hand-tighten the screws.
• Then tighten crosswise to 95 Nm.

Application range:

• 6 screws for most VW & Audi 4-cylinder engines built up to 2008.
