1.8T 20V High Flow Aluminum Upgrade Intake Manifold

Our 1.8T High Performance intake manifold was specially developed for the 1.8T using CFD technology flow.
This guarantees that all intake ducts have an approximately uniform filling volume.
- Duct 1 - 290.425839 CFM
- Duct 2 - 289.216817 CFM
- Channel 3 - 288.892168 CFM
- Channel 4 - 289.139699 CFM
All 4 intake ducts have extra large funnels, which ensures a better flow and more even cylinder filling.
The intake manifold is in 2 parts.
You can choose whether you want to mount the throttle body on the driver's or passenger's side.
The base of the intake ducts is Big Port.However, it has an approx. 2 cm long taper to small port at the flange to the cylinder head.
The bridge can be milled to big port at the tapered points without any problems.
The throttle valve flange has a double hole circle.
You can install the original throttle valve, an RS4 B5 or a HEMI V8 throttle valve.
- Boost pressure up to 6 bar is possible without any problems.
