The revised Competition EVO1 Gen.2 intercooler kit for the Audi RS4 B5.

The high-performance intercoolers have the following net dimensions (255 mm x 265 mm x 90 mm) and thus offer a 46% larger airflow area and 89% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers.
The newly developed competition high-performance mesh offers improved cooling properties using the latest tube fin technology. The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CAD system.
The intercooler kit was developed specifically for the high demands of the Audi RS4.
Optimum cooling of the supercharged air with a significant increase in performance!
In direct comparison with the Performance Gen.1 intercooler, enormous improvements have been achieved.

This kit also includes air ducts made of visually appealing carbon fiber. They are fitted to the original mounting points and are very easy to install. Inlet Ø55mm - Outlet Ø65mm
