Maximum performance & perfect tuning

The BP600 1.8T / 2.0 TFSI Integral Upgrade turbocharger was specially developed for VAG 1.8T and 2.0L-TFSI-Motoren as well as the KTM X -Bow. By replacing additional components and adapting the engine software, performance increases of up to 620 hp are possible.

• Specially developed stainless steel investment cast integral manifold for improved airflow
• Billet 9-blade compressor wheel & G25 high-flow exhaust turbine for maximum efficiency
• Dual ceramic ball bearings for maximum load capacity & durability
• Optimized bearing and running clearances for maximum stability
• Reinforced pressure can & wastegate flap for precise boost control
• 76 mm intake manifold (outer diameter) for increased air mass intake
• 50 mm boost pressure connection with 90° silicone bend for optimized charge air routing
• VSR precision-balanced for maximum running smoothness and stability

Adaptations for installation

• Replacement of the water pipes
• Replacement of the intake hose with one with a 76 mm connection diameter
• A 50 mm 90° silicone elbow is required for the connection between the compressor housing and the charge pressure pipe
• On request with thread for an exhaust gas temperature probe
