Optimum cooling with water injection
Boost Cooler water injection enables an increase in performance of up to 10-25% to be achieved in turbocharged (turbo/G-charger/compressor) engines without overloading the engine thermally. The charge air is cooled by up to 60°C, effectively reducing the thermal load on already tuned vehicles.
Water or water/alcohol (max. 50% methanol or bio-ethanol) is also injected into the hot charge air by means of the patented high-pressure pump once a preset boost pressure is reached. The evaporating mist achieves extremely effective charge air and intercooling, which u.a. prevents uncontrolled combustion ("knocking"). The effect is demonstrably comparable to 116 octane racing gasoline.
The Boost Cooler™ is unsurpassed in atomization! The liquid is swirled inside the Hyper-Sonic™ atomizer nozzle at supersonic speed before being forced through the Venturi™ orifice.

For Roots blowers (Eaton), twin-screw (Whipple, Lysholm) and small, very fast-revving turbochargers (K03, K04), we recommend the Boost Cooler Stage 2 MAF or Stage 3 systems for optimum results.

Dual Stage Technology (DST)
The Stage 2E-POWER MAX system can also control an additional injector independently of each other. The highly developed Dual Stage injection management thus ensures optimum cooling and performance results in all engine load conditions.
Simple installation
Flexibly adjustable and extremely simple: you simply set the desired start and end values (e.g. 0.5 and 1.4 bar) and the boost cooler is injected variably within the two set boost pressure points. When using the optional Dual Stage technology, you can set an additional nozzle mapping.
52mm OLED control unit
The Boost Cooler Stage 2 POWER-MAX system is the logical further development of our proven Stage 2 kits. The control unit, integrated in an elegant 52mm OLED round instrument, combines performance features that have been developed to series maturity in cooperation with our sales and technology partners.
The controller settings are made directly on the 52mm instrument. You set the desired start and end value (boost pressure) and injection takes place variably within the set boost pressure points.
