The IE billet aluminum valve cover for the 2.0T FSI EA113 (timing belt drive) is a direct replacement for the stock valve cover and gives your engine a clean and modern look compared to the stock plastic valve cover.

The valve covers are machined internally from a solid block of aircraft grade aluminum.
The IE Billet valve cover is machined to fit the stock valve cover gasket.

The standard plastic valve cover has an integrated EVAP line running through the center of the valve cover.
The IE billet valve cover does not have this vacuum line, which is why the IE EVAP crossover pipe conversion kit is required.
This kit includes everything needed to reroute the EVAP line and hide it for an unobtrusive look.

The IE Billet Vent Cover replaces the stock vent system with a single -10AN vent that requires the use of a custom catch can kit.
IE has made the job easier by putting together a catch can kit for transverse mounted 2.0T FSI engines commonly found in VW MK6 Golf R, MK5 GTI, Jetta, GLI and Audi MK2 TT, TTS and A3. This catch can kit contains everything you need for the complete installation of the IE Billet Valve Cover Ventilation System.

*This billet valve cover only works with early models of the 2.0T EA113 engine. You can check that you have the correct engine by checking that it is one of the above models and is driven by a timing belt. If your engine is driven by a timing chain, it is an EA888 Gen1/Gen2 TSI engine and is not compatible with billet valve covers.
