Racingline Air filter cleaning kit.

The filter element is the heart of your RacingLine intake.
It is a special, handmade part developed for high-performance and motorsport use.
And like all other parts on your car, the filter element deserves good care and should be part of your regular maintenance schedule.

MAINTENANCE

Our air intake, air filter, oil and cleaning kit (below) will help you keep your Trifoam filter in top condition at all times and ensure that the complex triple-layer foam delivers its performance and filtration benefits for many years to come.

Below are instructions for cleaning and maintenance.
It's a simple process, but please take time to read them or make sure your technician reads them before you begin.
We recommend you keep these notes with your car for future maintenance/owners.

We recommend that you clean and re-oil the filter element every 16,000 km and/or carry out a visual inspection at least every 6 months.
This is a simple procedure and will ensure that your filter continues to deliver the performance improvements over a standard car.
If your car is regularly driven in a dry/dusty environment, we recommend that you clean and re-oil your filter more regularly

If you do not clean your filter at the above intervals, there will be no loss of filtration and your engine will still be fully protected.
However, the performance benefits of the additional airflow from a clean filter will be lost. You will also shorten the service life of the filter element.
