CTS Turbo Intake manifold - Optimal upgrade for 2.0 TFSI EA113 and TSI EA888 Gen 1/2 engines
The CTS Turbo intake manifold has been specially developed to improve the performance and durability of your 2.0 TFSI or TSI engine. In contrast to the standard plastic intake manifold, this model is made of high-quality cast aluminum and is therefore ideal for performance-enhancing applications.
Technical data and properties:
- Material: Robust cast aluminum, designed for extreme boost pressures
- Intake volume: 40 % larger volume compared to the standard intake manifold
- Funnel design: Optimized length and shape for even cylinder filling
- Connections: 1/8" NPT thread for water-methanol injection (incl. sealing plugs)
- Gasket: O-ring seals, no liquid or paper gaskets required
- Installation: Plug-and-play, no cable extension required for sensors

- PCV system: Not compatible with standard PCV systems - Catch-Can system recommended
