The Boost-Parts intercooler kit has been specially developed for the powerful 1.8 & 2.0 TSI EA888 Gen.3 engines in MQB vehicles. With a massively increased charge air volume of 17 liters (instead of 8.9 liters OEM), this kit drastically reduces charge air temperatures and keeps performance consistently high - even under the harshest conditions.

Why is an upgrade necessary?

The OEM intercoolers are designed for stock performance and quickly reach their limits at higher boost pressures. This leads to boost cut, power loss and inefficient operation. The Boost-Parts intercooler kit keeps the charge air temperatures constantly low, reduces the back pressure and improves the response behavior.
