The Tial Q is the first version of the original TiAL BOV.
It is suitable for use with turbo and supercharged engines.
The body and all internal components are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum.
It features a large 50.50mm valve.

The BOV is mounted to the flange with an aluminum V-band clamp, which is also CNC machined from 6061 aluminum.
The valve is sealed with a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent leaks.
The valve stem and guide are Teflon lubricated and hard anodized for wear resistance.
The blow off is supplied with a specially machined aluminum high bolt and ring socket to ensure a quick and accurate response.

The diaphragm is made of Nomex silicone, which guarantees a long service life.
The new design allows a 60% higher air flow rate compared to the first TiAL Blow Off. This is the BOV with the highest air flow rate on the market.

One Tial Q BOV is sufficient for outputs of up to 1,800 hp
