About the process:
Your turbocharger is first inspected, tested and dismantled.
All individual parts then go through several stages such as
- Sandblasting the housing
- Ultrasonic cleaning of all parts
- CNC milling and turning
- Balancing of the individual parts
- Assembly of the fuselage assembly
- Dynamic balancing of the fuselage assembly with protocol
- Assembly of housing and control box
- Fine adjustment of the housing positions and adjustment of the control box (synchronization of the boxes on the Biturbo)
- Final inspection - mounting the type plate
Finally, the turbochargers are professionally packed and shipped to you.
