About the process:
Your turbocharger is first inspected, tested and dismantled.

All individual parts then go through several stages such as

• Sandblasting the housing
• Ultrasonic cleaning of all parts
• CNC milling and turning
• Balancing of the individual parts
• Assembly of the fuselage assembly
• Fuselage assembly dynamically precision-balanced in 2 planes, with log
• Assembly of housing and control box
• Fine adjustment of the housing positions and adjustment of the control box (synchronization of the boxes on the Biturbo)
• Final inspection - assembly of type plate

Finally, the turbochargers are professionally packed and shipped to you.
