With an external mesh size of 590 mm x 425 mm x 65 mm, the intercooler offers an impressive volume of 16.3 liters - an increase of 81% compared to the standard intercooler. This increased cooling surface enables more efficient heat dissipation, resulting in lower intake temperatures and better power delivery.
Optimized air flow for uniform cooling
The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using CAD design and CFD simulation to ensure ideal airflow. A special air guide structure in the radiator inlet ensures even filling of the mesh, resulting in optimum flow and constant cooling of the charge air flow.
