The newly developed Competition EVO2 intercooler kit for the Audi RS4 B5.

The high-performance intercoolers have the following net dimensions (255 mm x 260 mm x 120 mm) and thus offer a 43% larger flow area and 147% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler.
The newly developed competition high-performance mesh offers the highest cooling properties using the latest tube fin technology.
The end boxes of the intercooler are made of cast aluminium and have been optimized with the help of flow analyses in the CAD system.
The intercooler kit was developed directly for the extremely high performance levels of the Audi RS4, which is why the connection diameters on both sides have been increased to Ø65mm.

This kit also includes air ducts made of visually appealing carbon fiber.

They are fitted to the original mounting points. However, major modifications to the vehicle are necessary in order to install these intercoolers (see installation instructions).
