The revised Competition Gen.2 intercooler kit EVO1 for Audi TTRS 8J and RS3 8P 2.5TFSI.

The high-performance intercooler has the following external net dimensions (535mm x 160mm x 110mm) and thus offers 40% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed competition high-performance mesh offers maximum cooling properties using the latest tube-fin technology. The weight of the intercooler is 6.7 kg. CAD-developed free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum for the best possible internal airflow. Overall, this intercooler has far less back pressure than the standard intercooler. In addition, all our intercoolers have an anti-corrosion coating with heat conduction properties. This guarantees optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance. Installation is carried out by replacing the OEM charge air cooler - plug & play - the original charge air hoses can still be used. All our products are subject to constant quality control.

The Competition Gen.2 intercooler upgrade kit EVO 1 fits the following vehicles.

• Audi TTRS 8J 250KW/340PS (2009-2014)
• Audi TTRS plus 8J 265KW/360PS (2009-2014)
• Audi RS3 8P Sportback 250KW/340PS (2011-2013)
