High performance for your engine: The JE Pistons Ultra Series forged piston kit has been specially developed for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engine. It is the ideal choice for engine conversions that aim for maximum performance and reliability.

Material and construction: Made from high-quality 2618 aluminum alloy, this kit outperforms conventional standard pistons in terms of lightness, stability and temperature resistance. The reduced compression allows the use of significantly higher pressures and even extreme boost pressures of up to 3.5 bar.

Wider webs between the piston rings: At 5-8mm wide, these lands provide additional strength and durability, especially at high boost pressures.

Innovative design features:

• Thermal barrier coating on the piston crown: Reflects heat back into the combustion chamber, lowering piston temperature and increasing performance.
• Coating on the piston sides: Reduces friction and wear, extending piston life.
• Lateral gas ports: Support effective ring sealing on the upper compression ring, even at high engine speeds and boost conditions.
• High Strength Wrist Pins: Made in the USA, specifically designed to meet the demands of high performance and boost driven engines.
• Optimized Pin Oil System: Improves lubrication of pin, pin bores and small end to minimize heat, friction and wear.

Customization options and sizes:

• Recommended for engine power ratings of 350 hp and above.
• Sizes: 82.50 / 83.00 / 83.50mm.
• Includes 20mm HD tool steel piston pin.
